By accessing and using MultiplierWave, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your interaction with our simulated social casino environment, specifically the modules operating under the theme of The Resonance Canyons. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease usage of the platform.

2. Age and Geographical Eligibility Requirements

Access to MultiplierWave is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. The platform is designed and maintained in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom (GB jurisdiction). By interacting with the site, you warrant that you meet this age requirement and that accessing simulated gambling mechanics is legal within your current geographical location.

3. The Free-to-Play Social Nature of the Platform

MultiplierWave is fundamentally a free-to-play social entertainment service. We do not offer real money gambling, nor do we provide any opportunity to win real money, physical prizes, or real-world services. 5. User Conduct and Abuse Mitigation

While no account registration is required to play, users are expected to interact with the platform reasonably. Automated scripts, bots, or exploiting browser mechanics to manipulate the Acoustic Combo Meter or game outcomes is strictly prohibited. We employ local storage verification to ensure fair play, and persistent abuse may result in your IP or browser footprint being temporarily or permanently blocked from the outpost.

6. Intellectual Property of The Resonance Canyons

All thematic elements, including the solarpunk aesthetic, the names "Canyon Echo Reels" and "Mirage Frequency Wheel", symbol artwork (e.g., Quartz Crystal, Tuning Fork), and site code, are the exclusive property of MultiplierWave Gaming Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or mirroring of our visual and structural assets is forbidden and protected by UK copyright law.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the MultiplierWave service without notice. This includes altering game RTP (Return to Player) simulation percentages, changing the starting PEX balance, or introducing new mechanical features. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MultiplierWave Gaming Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform. Since the platform operates on a zero-real-money basis, claims regarding loss of virtual currency (PEX) or interrupted gameplay are not legally actionable.
